How to get these titles

Master-you can't get this title
Kingping(Co-Master)- You cen only get this title if you supported much, helped much ppl and bieng good friends whit evryone. TheBigBlade and TheBigRm are 2 chars of my best (RL) friend so its normal that he is Co-Master
Capitain(recruiters)- you cen get this title by supporting the guild much, but you need to ask this to me(chillow) first.
Supporter- yust support much and you get this title outomaticly
